Moderne Chocolat

We were walking on 5th Ave the other day when a guy approached us about a Chocolate Open House.  What?  Free Chocolate? Is this a joke?!?  Yes, please! 

So he gave us this flier...

Once we got off the elevator, we could smell the amazing chocolate.

Then, we rounded the corner and saw this... 

A real life choclatier!  And get this, she has NC connections.  She went to school at UNC and Duke!  Wait a minute isn't that Blasphemous?!?!  Ha!  Just kidding!  Go Tarheels!

The chocolate was like little works of art.  

See the marbling of this Madagascar Dark Chocolate,

and the gorgeous green flowers on the Kalamata Olive Caramel.

"The Player"  Love it!

We tried all sorts of amazing chocolate, while Sue the choclatier explained each flavor.  In the end, we tried the Sea Salt Dark Chocolate and fell in love.  So, we bought a bar. 

I love the red and soft blue packaging.  It really is Modern.
