Food trucks in NYC are everywhere. Some are good, some aren't. :-( They have lamb, hot dogs, burgers, fried rice, french fries, and some even have Chinese food. You name it, we'll find it on a food truck in New York City.

Food trucks really are the perfect remedy for walking the City streets. Sometimes when you're in a hurry, you really don't want to take the time to sit down and eat a meal. You want something quick and easy and a food truck fits the bill nicely. Today City Bell and I ran upon a Greek inspired food truck. Here's a look at the menu:
As you can see the tomatoes and red onions looked fresh off the farm! And it was a sure fire way to lure over a Country Boy. I'm not sure what the squash was for, but with vegetables like this, who cares?!?
The Chefs were busy cooking away:
Everything was fresh and exciting!
In NYC they mandate license to ensure cleanliness.
Σουβλάκι
The owners were actually from Greece.
the tzatziki sauce is what really set it off
Good times at the food truck.
until next time,

That's pretty cool (and looked yummy) I would never trust someone or the food if they sold it on the side of the street in ol L-town. lol
